Free Homeschool Lesson Plans
Sometimes, it’s fun to be spontaneous and leave planning behind. Other times, plans are a good thing! We want you to always have the choice whether to be spontaneous or go with the plan, so we are creating free homeschool lesson plans to go along with all of our homeschool courses on SchoolhouseTeachers.com. The beauty of it is, these are only one suggestion for how to implement our courses in your homeschool year! You may use the lesson plans as they are or customize them to suit your needs! Or, you can choose not to use them at all. The choice is completely up to you! Whether you are just learning how to homeschool or are a veteran homeschool teacher, we hope these lesson plans save you valuable time and help you check one more organizational and scheduling task off of your to do list. As the curriculum site of The Old Schoolhouse® Magazine, we know how much you juggle and want to support you in every possible way.
These free homeschool lesson plans are perfect for a parent who wants detailed outlines or instructions on how to use a course, as they break each course down day by day. They are also excellent tools that help students work through courses independently.
Lesson plans will continue to be added to each course over the next several months. Classes with new content being added regularly may not have up-to-date lesson plans, but parents can follow the general format laid out in earlier lessons if they would like! Keep in mind, this is NOT a complete list of our courses, and new lesson plans will be posted frequently, so be sure to visit often!
