Savannah Liston, a homeschool graduate, has been studying Austrian Economics for over 5 years. She has attended the Mises Institute’s summer program, Mises University, in 2010, 2011, and 2014. She was the winner of the Mises Institute’s 2010 John David Fernandez award and passed the 2014 Mündliche Prüfung oral examination. Ms. Liston has also given economic lectures at many venues and has taught several economics courses. She currently works as a freelance education consultant, tutor, and editor. Free Market Economics: The course is presented using video lectures and online readings. The course includes reading and writing assignments, quizzes, a midterm, and a final exam. Your student will cover topics such as natural monopolies and time preference, the process of production, equilibrium and supply/demand, and entrepreneurs and economic growth.
