Heather Leach was born and raised in Indiana. Mother of four, wife to one, lover of God and coffee. Her background in childcare and love of organization helps with her homeschool and church activities. When she is not teaching, writing, or taking care of her home, Heather enjoys gardening, taking care of the family farm, reading Jane Austen novels, and hanging out with friends.

The Home Economics is written with the growth of the whole person in mind. The student will begin by learning about personal appearance and hygiene and work through the topics of their role in a household, managing money, hospitality, food, nutrition, and cooking. By sequentially following these lessons, the student will grow socially and in his/her understanding of how he “fits” into the household. Worksheets are included.
