Introduction to Public Speaking includes instruction, along with informative websites and activities that include writing and performing. Homeschool students cover topics like impromptu speaking, expository speeches, speaking on current events, interpretative speeches, and how to write a memorable message. It is best to work through these introduction to public speaking lessons in sequential order as they build on each other to help teens with the skills and confidence needed for public speaking.

Go to Class Lessons and download the lesson plan and lessons. Start with the Day 1 assignment on the lesson plan. Follow the instructions each day on the lesson plan and check them off when completed.
