Welcome to Our Health 101 Homeschool Health and Fitness Curriculum
How much sleep do teens really need . . . and what happens when they don’t get it? How do we get amino acids in our diets? Is there a difference between plant and animal protein? Your middle school student receives important Health 101 lessons directly from a nurse who is also a homeschool mom of teens! Each unit provides opportunities for research, relevant activities, and review to explore topics of nutrition, personal hygiene and health, exercise and fitness, and safety.
