We have added some interactive content to the SchoolhouseTeachers.com classes that you love! For this class, we have created interactive quizzes. Some of the questions are "self-correcting" (meaning there is a clear right/wrong answer), and some of the questions are essay questions, which will need to be graded by the parent (there are suggested answers provided).
Once your student starts the quiz, they will be prompted for their name and the parent’s email address. Once they have completed it, the quiz results will be sent to the email address provided. You can then see the answers your student submitted and the correct answers, as well as suggested answers for essay questions if needed.
IMPORTANT: The grades of the quizzes are not stored anywhere on the site - they are sent via email to your inbox, and they can also be printed (from the quiz, once the quiz has been submitted). If you feel you need to change the grades provided in the results, that is completely up to you - just be sure to record the final score of the quiz somewhere for your records.
If you have several students who need to take the same quiz, simply have them use different computers, or refresh the page once they've submitted the quiz, and it will start over. The quiz will not keep track of which student took the quiz and which did not.
NOTE: The quizzes are mobile responsive. However, when you visit the quiz from a mobile device, it will ask you to play the quiz in the iSpring Play App. The iSpring Play App is NOT required. Simply click on the link "View in Browser" to take the quiz in your browser.
Lesson One: Myth or Mystery?
We have two different options for you to take the quiz for this lesson. You can download the worksheet and work through it as you watch the video or complete it after you watch the video, or you can take the self-correcting quiz below after you watch the video.
