Who are we, and how do we fit into the bigger picture of God’s earthly handiwork? Middle schoolers learn about their own bodies, as well as the earth and life on earth, in Red Wagon General Science. Through video lessons, text readings, experiments, activities, and even tests, students explore life science from the scientific method through geology and fossils to biological principles and energy to the systems of the human body. This overview course provides a broad science base for middle school students prior to entering high school.
Getting Started with Red Wagon General Science for Middle School Homeschool Course
This general science course is taught through online pre-recorded videos. Text instructions along with additional videos, experiments, online reading, crafts, etc., are included in order to provide students with the knowledge that science was created by God. This is done through a study of the history of science, scientific analysis, chemistry, physics, marine science, and more.

Welcome to Red Wagon General Science for Middle School! These lessons are designed for use with the 2nd edition course texts, but those course texts are not required. These lessons can be used as a stand-alone course. However, if the student has access to the 2nd edition course texts, it will enhance the course.

1. What were the flaws in Percival Lowell’s experiments and in BCS theory?
In the case of Percival Lowell, his experiments were flawed. Indeed, he saw plenty of “canals” on Mars, but they turned out to be the result of bad _______________ and eye _______________. More About Red Wagon General Science for Middle School Homeschool Course
This general science course for middle schoolers teaches students that Earth is God’s handiwork. From ancient times when “true science” emerged, through medieval times, the Renaissance, and Enlightenment, students learn how scientific analysis and experimentation has changed. They will perform their own experiments and apply the scientific method. Several weeks of this course will be dedicated to a general discussion of various scientific fields, such as physics, chemistry, and environmental biology, among others.
