How can I avoid plagiarism? What are the most common types of research tools available? Navigating the World of Research purposes to answer these questions concisely. Through nine weeks of downloadable lessons, practice exercises, and links to World Book resources, students in third through sixth grade will learn about several of the most common types of research tools, how and when to use each one, how to cite them, and how to judge reliability and spot bias in the resources they use.
