Some of our courses are designed to cover a wide range of grade levels, while others are geared toward a specific grade. If you feel your student is not ready for a particular subject or is too advanced for something that is offered, please refer to our Grade Level Chart to explore all the courses available on SchoolhouseTeachers.com and the grade level designated for each. You are never locked into a specific course or set of lessons. You may come and go based on your family’s needs. Nothing on this site is a rigid guide that must be strictly followed. Flexibility is one of the joys of homeschooling, and we do not wish to limit that in any way. So have fun and explore the wide selection our site has to offer each of your students!

Free Preschool and Primary Elementary School Printouts

Try using our free print out Preschool Activity Box list for ideas! Homeschooling with young children in the home can be difficult at times. One way to remedy the task of keeping a young child occupied while schooling older children is to have a box (or two!) of activities, games, and educational opportunities readily available. This box could be a plastic storage box purchased from a store, a toy box, or even a decorated cardboard box. Often, if the child is involved with the decorating of the box, he takes greater ownership of what is inside! To keep the child from getting bored with the “busywork” you are providing for him, store several small boxes that you can switch out often as the child gets bored.
